This means that it can be reused, shared and remixed freely — even in commercial projects — so long as the creators are properly attributed. The Hotbox Network gives permission to those broadcasting or redistributing its content limited use of the Hotbox trademarks on the condition that the original work remains intact and unaltered as per the Creative Commons Attribution No-Derivatives 3.0 Unported license, available at: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/
Hotbox Network Trademarks Limited Usage Agreement
The Hotbox Network grants redistribution channels (I.e., radio stations, online link aggregators, blogs, etc.) compliant with the CC Attrib-NoDerivs 3.0 license limited use of the Hotbox logos and trademarks for promotional and otherwise purpose on the following conditions:
- All content remain fundamentally unaltered (Up to 10 seconds at both the beginning and end may be faded over existing content) and both the original author and the Hotbox Network are attributed in some noticeable fashion.
- Logos and other graphical elements remain scaled proportionally when used.
- The context in which the materials are presented should be consistent with the tone of the materials themselves.
- Logos may be freely recoloured so long as solid colours are used and roughly the same level of contrast between elements is preserved.
- High-resolution PSD versions are available on request.
