Hotbox Radio is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Associate Producer.
While I enjoy hearing the sound of my own voice, I think the show would be much more successful with another person on board. Duties can include everything from setting up and recording interviews to recording intro music to whatever you think would make the show better.
This is a voluntary position at the moment; however, you’ll gain experience working in a professional recording studio — and I’ll buy the nachos at meetings.
No prior experience is necessary (One of the benefits is training at CJSW 90.9 FM), but those who know their way around Logic Studio will be given priority. Responsibilities will include recording and editing interviews for the show; bonus points if you’re willing to blog about your topics.
If there are enough people interested, I may restructure the show and return to a biweekly release schedule.
