Note regarding a stat in the Keith Fagin interview:
At one point Keith says that 25% of the U.S. population is in jail. This is incorrect; the actual figure is closer to 1% of the entire U.S. population. I believe Keith is referring to U.S. prison population as a ratio of total world prison population; see Wikipedia: Incarceration in the United States — Comparison with Other Countries. Regardless, that figure still the definition of insane.
